So we did go see Flightplan after all tonight, we just got back. It was a little better than good, almost great, whatever that means :). 7.5/10

Well, about a half hour after the previous post, I got called into work cuz someone called in sick... so my day off was ruined to say the least.

Well, the weather looks alright, so I'm going out to take some pictures today. I'll go back to Centennial Park most likely. So keep an eye out in the gallery...

We might go see 'Flightplan' tonight at the movies! That's all for now.. :)

I ordered some more ram for the computer today. I was scanning in some of my older drawings...remastering them, if you will...and there wasn't enough memory to handle some of them. Thankfully, the hours have been good lately, and I've saved a tiny bit up, and the prices are reasonable, so I grabbed some.

So, we got two new girls into our dept over the last two weeks or so. They are both very cute, and quite good workers too! Will one of them become no.5? Most likely not :(... oh well. It's still great to have new people again! Hopefully they will stick around, especially when we get closer to xmas time.

Still haven't finished that new drawing (!!), though I have been slowly getting a photography portfolio ready. So soon I'll have a photo one to go with my manga one. As you can see, I've updated the photo's of myself on this page, they no longer suck :). I was actually quite pleased with how they turned out, they were all taken in our bathrooms, then I tweaked them a little. If the weather is nice on Tues or Wed, I'll go out a do some fall photos....

We went out to the movies tonight! We were originally going to go see 'Red Eye', but at the last moment changed our minds and went to 'The Constant Gardener' instead. What an awesome movie! I will definitely get it on dvd when it comes out.

Yesterday was my mum's birthday...it's funny how my sister's and my mum's are so close together. I always buy their cards at the same time :). We had the family over for supper, and we played some bocce ball (of course, my team won...).

We went to the Cascades today for Labour Day... last year, we went to Grand Marais, if I remember correctly. Of course, I took the camera along, and got lots of incredible shots... many of which are my best to date!! I will put them in the gallery soon! So we had a great time!

*EDIT* The cascades gallery is now up in the gallery section, obviously :).

Finally started updating the photo section in the gallery!! I will continue to add additional photo sessions in the next few days. The 'titles' are just the file names, and there are no descriptions or whatever, but it's definitely a start :). As usual, feel free to vote and/or leave comments on my stuff!!
